Returns and Refunds Policy
We do our very best to provide quality products you will love and we want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund.
Please return all items in new condition, unused or undamaged within 14 days with relevant evidence (e.g. proof of postage, tracking number). Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of evidence or the product, whichever is sooner.
The customer is responsible for relevant shipping fees.
Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund.
If you decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us by email and we will refund you in full within 14 days of either of receiving the returned item(s), or providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage, tracking number). Whichever is sooner. If the order has not yet been sent refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of cancellation notice.
